Dan made the move from corporate IT technical roles to SME Managed Services in 2008, before joining Complete I.T. in 2011. Dan has undertaken a number of roles within the business including management of one of Complete I.T.s regional offices. As Quality and Implementation Manager, Dan’s role is to take a consultative approach to Complete I.T. and the processes, products and initiatives within the business that become service and support offerings presented to CIT’s clients. The objective being to ensure that CIT’s clients continue to receive the highest quality services and value add to their businesses
